Within 3-4 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email at Contact@deseinstien.com or WhatsApp us your order number and mentioning the items you wish to exchange. You can exchange your product within 15 days after your purchase and we will not charge any delivery charges for resending you. You will have to return the product under the name of Fable & Felt through any courier service.

In case of refund your payment will be sent via Bank Transfer, PayPal or stripe.
